Agora Exchange User Guide
What is the Agora Exchange?
Agora is an exchange to trade cloud compute as a commodity. Our platform allows users to buy and sell the right to utilize cloud GPUs. Currently our platform supports the ability to buy and sell the right to 24 hours of a specified GPU type and node count fulfilled by Shadeform.
Getting Started
Create an Account
Sign up for a new account by clicking on the "Register" button on the top right of the page. Create an account with your email address or Google account with your desired username and and a unique password and click Register.
Verify Your Email
Check your email for a verification link and follow the instructions to verify your account and accept the terms of service.
Deposit Funds
After creating, verifying and logging in, you can deposit USDT to your account. You only need to enter the transaction hash and the platform which will validate the transaction automatically.
Start Trading
Once you have deposited funds, you are able to purchase the right to cloud GPUs.

Listings on the Exchange
From the exchange page, you can filter for the specific type of GPU you'd like to purchase a contract for. Click trade to view more about the contracts for a specific GPU type and node count.
Viewing Contract Details
Once on the trading page, you can see the price history of your selected GPU, the current bid/ask and analytics like volatility forecasting.
Placing a Trade
On the order form, you can specify order type(buy/sell), execution type(market/limit), price(for limit orders), and quantity.
Trader Confirmation
You will get a notification for when your order is placed. To view open and filled orders, check the Portfolio page from the left navigation bar.
Managing Your Positions and Orders
On the portfolio page, you can see your net liquidity, determined by your USDT desposit and filled orders. You can also see any open orders that have yet to be filled.
In your current holdings, you can see details about your orders, redeem compute hours and close your position up until 24 hours before the expiration of the contract.
Trade History
The trade history page allows you to see your transaction history. Here you will find all filled orders you have placed on the exchange.
